We have quite a schedule ahead of us this spring, including several brand new classes! Orchardist and food preserver, Kazi Pitelka, will be teaching classes on citrus, tomatoes, and seasonal fruits & vegetables. This is a great opportunity to learn more about garden to table food; we’re so excited to share her knowledge with all of you!
We have another series of GAPS classes coming up and we’ve added a new class on GAPS desserts. Make sure to reserve your spot; these popular classes will fill up fast!
We’ll also be hosting an introductory beekeeping class, a kombucha brewing workshop, and a REAL root beer float class!

We have an exciting schedule this winter! Kicking off the new year, we have the Nourishing Traditional Diets presentation, our popular introduction to the works of Dr. Weston A. Price.
Also in the spirit of new beginnings, we are thrilled to announce our first series on GAPS cooking! The series includes classes in GAPS staples, such as bone broth and soups, fermented vegetables, fermented dairy, and grain-free baking.
Our featured film in March will be Ingredients, an inspiring documentary focused on people who are working to revitalize the connection between food, community, and health. We also have upcoming workshops in brewing kombucha and making traditional sodas.
