Chicken, beef and fish stocks are a staple of French cuisine and are used in many delicious culinary dishes. So come hungry and ready to learn and benefits and secrets of our ancestors!
Traditionally simmered bone broth is rich in gelatin which is a cornerstone in gut healing protocols. The cells which make up our gut lining use gelatin to heal and seal itself thereby helping to prevent and/or reverse “leaky gut” which is the breakdown of the tight junctions (gateway int to the bloodstream) allowing food to leach through undigested which created inflammation.
Healing and sealing the gut in conjunction with improving gut flora (balance your inner microbiome by eating probiotic foods!) are the foundation for improved immunity, efficient and easy digestion as well as a thorough distribution of nutrients.
You will learn how easy it is to make your own nutrient dense delicious broth and the many wonderful things to make with it. In this class we will make and taste a hearty turkey gravy, a french reduction and more!
